There is actually two issues that may be the culprit. One is the alcohol. Your body can't burn fat until the alcohol is burned and this is a known staller.
Also the pepperoni has much sodium and can be causing you to retain water.
There is also the normal.... not eating enough... eating too much... not drinking enough water.... eats low carb bars/candy....
I guess what i'm saying is that the information you gave really isn't enough to say why your weightloss has stalled.
