Since I started LCing I have been doing well. But sometimes I get discouraged and feel like giving up. I know I need to lose the weight but my motivation is not always there. Could someone give me some advice on how to not get discouraged and stay motivated!

You are losing weight and I hope you are feeling good, aren't you?
To stay motivated I always read success stories on this very forum. Go to main forum, scroll down and there they are!

I start thinking about how much i have to lose and it seems like I never going to get there. I think that's what discourage me. I feel Great. I guess I need patience!

Don't let this bring you down! You know you are doing this for you, for your health. There are people here who've lost a lot of weight an learned patience. Try to find them, it might help.
