It seems like people have disappeared. ????
Br: 2 small leftover cabbage rolls, no tomato sauce
L: Large salad with red peppers, radish, zucchini, havarti cheese, sunflower seeds and my own oil and vinegar dressing
snack 1: a handful of radishes
Snack 2: I had bad chocolate cravings today which is unusual for me, so I mixed some creanm cheese, cocoa and splenda
Dinner will be: meatloaf and another large tossed salad. Don't feel like cooking veggies tonight
