A bit confused on the 10XBW for calories
If I were to eat 10X my weight I would need 2,300 calories in a day. Do I subtract some from that to lose? Isn't the 10X what I would need to maintain this weight?
Yesterday I did fitday and it said I ate 1,512 calories. Does this mean I must eat more? At that amount of calories, I had roughly 24g carbs--give or take a few. (I didn't count the splenda or cream, and it didn't adjust the yogurt to lower carbs.)
Maybe the reason I'm not losing faster is because I'm starving myself. Imagine that!
I'd like some advise. Thanks
Edit: I'm sorry if this sounds redundant, I've just read down through other posts and saw a similar question. I really am confused though, because I have never eaten very much and to almost double my intake would be scary for me.
