Default Help! I want to lose 10 lbs by Easter

I am still struggling to lose the weight I gained at Christmas! I really would love to lose 10 by Easter. Should I start induction tomorrow? I have been watching my intake of carbs and calories, exercising 5 or 6 days by walking 1 hour or running 3 miles. I just lose so so slow! I am back up to around 155. My lowest before Christmas was 145. The lowest I have weighed in over a decade!!! I feel very discouraged right now. I has taken be 1 & 1/2 years and this is where I am at! I know I should be happy to have lost & kept off what I have, but the goal is to lose the excess weight & that's what I am struggling so darn hard to do!! I wonder if I need a new plan? Can anyone out there help?

If 155 and 145 were set points for you it could be very difficult and just take time to get past them. With as much exercise as you are doing you may be adding muscle as well.

Why not try KISS for a week and see if that helps. Basically cut out all dairy and processed foods. Stick to meats (including eggs), LC veggies and fats. Keep your fat ratio high.

Changing plan might help initially, or it might make for an initial gain as your body adjusts. You might be best just having patience and sticking to the plan your already following.
