Default Sea Salt?

My wife went to the Health Barn here locally and got me some uncured nitrate free bacon. It says it has no MSG, etc, etc, etc. However, the sodium count is 200 for two slices. However, the only salt is sea salt. Is that as bad as regular salt?

Enjoy the bacon!!

Salt is salt - the only advantage of "Sea" salt is a slightly different micronutrient profile.

I'd rather see you eat 10 lbs of Oscar Meyer Bacon than 1/4 pound of sugar/potatoes/carbs.

Drink the big water and the extra salt washes away.
