Default how long can i stay on induction?

ive been on induction since the may 15 , How long can i actually stay on induction, or should i stay on induction, and do i have to eat 20 grams of carb? I know this sounds really silly but i find with LC i stay full for so so long and i know im not supposed to skip meals. is there a certain amount of calories you are supposed to eat? heres my day for todayCalories Eaten Today

Congratulations on those 20 pounds lost!
However, you need to increase your calories. You should be eating 10-12 calories for every pound you currently weigh - you are not getting enough and are taking a chance of putting your body in starvation mode. On page 160 of the latest DANDR paperback, he states that "You can do induction safely for six months or more". Hope that answers your questions.
