Hi, amie...
Don't know if I can recall all of it, but here goes...
One of the main things that is so different from low carb is the meats. She can have almost none (meaning farm animals, not fish). Her primary source of protein is soy.
For breakfast she usually has oatmeal and/or ketone shake.
For lunch is a salad with no meat, but lots of different vegs and some fruit.
Dinner is usually some kind of fish, and vegs. Or she uses some type of soy substitute. It seems quite a strict diet, and she is not losing much weight on it. But she feels infinitely better and that was one of her primary goals (and to get some sleep (she has fibro also)). This diet has allowed her to do both. And while she is not losing weight at any great speed, she has stopped gaining and seems so satisfied with the diet that she doesn't feel impatient about the weight loss.
Her naturalist does follow the blood type diet to a degree with her recommendations. I haven't read the book for other blood types, so I am not sure where the differences may lie.
I have thought about going to her also, but I know she advocates soy very highly and I am allergic to all soy products. So...I am lc-ing on my own.
Hope this helps.
