Daily Menu for January 21/02
I'm not sure if we're still doing this or not but here goes.
BREAK: hard-boiled egg, water, 2 decaf w/cream
LUNCH: black forest ham (leftover from sun. dinner), cauliflower w/ shredded cheddar, diet iced tea
SUPPER: pan-fried haddock filets, oriental veggies, oven-baked fries, sliver of sf blueberry pie. My son made this for me and it's delish!
SNACK: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, decaf w/cream
You may have noticed - I switched to CALP after careful consideration (and reading the book, of course )
