sugar alcohols?

Do sugar alcohols count as soluble carbs or are they subtracted like fiber? I keep seeing them on labels and I'm not sure how to count them.

Hi nrsratchet,

Sugar alcohols are one of those YMMV issues. If you go to the orange bar at the top of the screen, you'll find in Low Carb Tips an excellent article by Doreen T explaining more about sugar alcohols.
