Exclamation I just ran two miles last night!!!




I just ran two miles night! The first mile I finished in just under 9 minutes! YEAH

The second mile I did in less than 12 minutes!

WOW That is great for me!

And I lost another pound!

I am still walking, I can't run yet, tried it and thought my lungs would explode. I can go farther before they do now though than I could a month ago, yeah for me ...lol

I ran .65 today.....far cry froom 2 miles but at least I'm trying!!

But, Oh I wish I could lose as much as you! I am so jealous! :-)

I haven't lost but 2 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks.

Oh well. I am at least going to do induction for 1 month to see how it goes...maybe longer.
