Default Comments needed on article in TOPS. . .

I recieved my TOPS (take off pounds sensibly) magazine today and there is an article by one of their MD's on LC diets. I am not pleased about what he has to say and don't know how to respond to him. I also will be facing my chapter next week and know they will be skeptical after I shared with them all this week that I was on Atkins.

Is there some way I can scan the article into this site and get comments on it to take back to the chapter?

I looked up TOPS web site but the article is not there. I am not very good understanding everything he said or explaining it. Your help would be much appreciated.

TIA

blue eyes, this may be the awkward way to do it (I hope someone who knows a better way will post) but I'll try. First of all, make sure you give credit to both the publication and the author - you don't want to break any laws here.

Scan your document into an editable form (one you can make changes to) - then using your left mouse button, start at the top of the article and scroll down to the bottom so the entire article is highlighted. Then RIGHT click somewhere in the highlighted text then chose either cut or copy.

In the forum you want to open a new thread then put your mouse indicator in the area where you normally would type, RIGHT click again and chose paste. This should put the article in the post.

Again, don't forget to give credit to the publication and to the author.

Like I said, this is a little awkward, but it should get the job done. Just be sure the document you scan in is EDITABLE. Scanning in as a PDF, GIF or JPEG won't give you an editable document.
