Default Visual Aid Needed

Hello All,
I'm going to be giving a persuasive speech on LC dieting in class next week. Does anyone know where online I can find a good visual aid to use? some ideas might be showing the cycle that carbs take in the metabolism, or a comparison of low fat and low carb?
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
Thank you!

Wow, I would love to give that speech.

A lot of good research is available at atkins.com. Check out The Science Behind Atkins, especially the Fact vs. Fallacy articles. A good help especially if you will have to engage in debate. Here's a good reference list for the principles:Principles for Weight Loss

Studies are VERY convincing, so referring to them will strengthen your argument. I will come back if I can find a visual aid. It's a little more complicated than a visual aid might be able to illustrate though. Hmm.

Ok, I found one but it's scientific... might not help. Links to Glycolysis and Lipolysis Metabolism Diagrams

Good luck on your speech!

Another good visual aid is the one from Dr. Atkin's New Diet Revolution -- the one that argues that the "cure" for a history of an unbalanced diet (represented by a triangular shape on top of a rectangle) is not a balanced diet (represented by a rectangle) but rather a temporary diet that is unbalanced in a way complementary to the old diet (represented by a rectangular shape on top of a triangular area). It's not a scientific argument, but it explains the basic idea of the Induction diet in a way that's easy to grasp.
