Looks pretty good. The only change I'd make is to try to get some more veggies in.

yes, that's just what I have eaten so far today. My dinner isn't in there yet. I will put that in there when I eat it.

even though I am in OWL. I try to stick to 20g. of carbs so I can loose the weight better. It seems to come off easier at this rate. I go to about 30g. per day on Sat. and Sun. It's kind of a treat for doing good all week. I stick to LC treats. Like the Atkins Ice Cream bars and SF Jello will whipped cream and I make a whipped cream cheese cake that has about 30g. carbs for whole pie. My hubby and I eat off of that on the weekends. We are both doing this.

akyser:

The 29th looked OK, but I'd advise a little more nutritive veggies. Zucchini, Spinach, Broccoli all would be a good idea.

Note that the Endulge bars contain malitol, a sugar alcohol with a glycemic index equal to that of Brown Rice. While many people eat them, many people are also stalled by them. I must avoid them.

Also, fitday has "Light" whipped cream -- I don't think that's the appropriate nutrition facts for real whipped cream.

I eat other veggies like broccoli and spinach. My hubby is doing this with me and he doesn't eat any veggies on the Atkins list but lettuce, cucumber, peppers, and green beans. That's what I fix mostly. I eat the other veggies. Fitday doesn't show the amt. of fiber you took in for that day. Like on Sat. I ate 43g. of carbs but 16g. were fiber. Is this ok still?

aky,

Sure, that's fine.

However, I would try to encourage him to eat other veggies too.
I hated vegetables until I started Atkins.

Things like Zucchini and Summer Squash are much more enjoyable when you're not craving carbohydrates. I love them now. (Cauliflower, Spinach and Snow Peas too!)

The other good thing about many of the other veggies is they have a lot of fiber, so you can eat MORE of them for the same carb impact. This is great if you need a few more calories or find you get hungry after dinner.

This is true, I like summer squash and zucchini too. They are all good. Thanks for the advise. Atkins bars are good during TOM cause they stop the cravings for chocolate that women having during that time. So far they haven't hurt me. They are Yummy.

I've never tries speg. squash. I don't know were to get that at. Or even what it looks like. I'm sure I would like it since I like other squashes and egg plant.

Why is it that my fitday thing isn't underlined so that it can be clicked on and it sends you to my fitday.
