Hiya, and boo to the white devil!!

Hey,

My name is Eva, I'm 18 years old, and I've finally figured out that wheat and sugar are the white devil! I have seen the light, and have thusly gone from a sized (gulp) 24 to fitting back into my size 13 leather pants as of this week. I have a ways to go until I reach my goal, but I know I can get there and I can't wait.

about seeing the light and oh sooooo young at that. It took me quite a few years before I saw the light. Good luck to you because being overweight when you are young actually sucks and when you're older it sucks even more (for health reasons). You are very smart to nip it in the bud before it got any further.
