Help**Newbie w/o gallbladder

Hello...first of all...I have had my gallbladder removed almost a year ago and have all kinds of bathroom problems. I am currently on Asacol..but since my body doesn't tolerate most of anything...I am not sure Atkins would work for me ...since I don't have a gallbladder.

Here is what I am currently eating...

Breakfast...Turkey slices...not much sodium.

Water like crazy by the way.

Lunch grilled chicken breast

Dinner.....Grilled steak

Any help would be great....and thanks
