Default I fell off the wagon!!!!!!!

My God I had a total carb melt down!!!!!!!!! I fell off the wagon in a big way yesterday, but I'm totally focused on my plan today. Lots of water and total Induction. I almost feel renewed about this woe. Does anyone have any tips, or things they would like to share about coming back from a binge. Please tell me I'm not alone here!

No worries Laura We all have days like that... heck, for me, it was FOUR days last weekend. An all out carb binge. It's behind me now, I'm back on plan, and still happily maintaining.

Yep! Count me in as being very bad and bold (even tho I really believe that food is NOT a moral issue!!)

I had a weird weekend (moving) and didn't eat and was way off schedule and just went crazy.

Back on induction with the bad headaches, etc.

One thing that sort of keeps me in line is something I read in a LC book. How every time I binge and go back on to the programme, my body can't figure out what to so with the carbs - because it hasn't had the kind of load that I would have been putting it through a few months ago. Soooooo - it turns it into fat....

I can't swear that that it true - but hey, I will react to scare tactics involving fat...

Yep, count me in. I celebrated Valentine's Day in a BIG way.....a 4 day carbfest! But I got back on the wagon Tuesday morning and have lost 2 of the 3 pounds that showed up on the scale. I didn't really have a headache, but I noticed I was retaining water (my ankles always show it). Oh, and I was so tired and sluggish! Glad to get back to normal!

I'm with you. I had a planned cheat day yesterday (and WAY too many margaritas). It was fun but I'm glad to be back!
