Gee! I didn't know all you folks existed until today. Just wanted to say "Hi!". I've been low-carbing since January of 2002 and have lost 61 lbs. so far. I feel great and have lowered my blood pressure back to normal and also test in the normal range for Cholesterol. This is such a great way of life. I look forward to checking out all the good advice you all have to offer and the great recipes, too. Thanks for being here.
