Unhappy Ladies, help question regarding TOM

I've read that many people here get there TOM differently during this diet.

I've been doing it for close to 4 months now and everything had been the same every 21 days. I started duing aerobic excercises that's the only different thing I have been doing now. I got my cycle and then instead of coming back in 21 days it came back in 9 days. That's never happened in my life and was wondering if it's normal and I shouldn't worry about it.

Help please.

Thanks.

Default TOM

The same thing happened to me when I started this WOE. Don't worry... it happens to a lot of us. Your body will get acclimated soon. Do a search on TOM, and you'll see that many women experience the same thing.

I noticed that I am getting signs of my TOM starting early this time as well. Swelling 2 weeks before my tom is due. I guess it is just hormone changes from the diet changes. at least something is changing. LOL Debbie

I had some changes too, 4 days late (not big deal) but I'm usually quite light and this time (first one while LCing) was quite heavy. I was worried it might have to do with hormones in all the meat I'm eating?? Chicken, pork, beef. I don't buy organic.

Any opinion on the hormone thing would be great.
