Actually, there's no such thing as pure white cocoa. "White chocolate" technically has no chocolate in it .. it's a composition of various ingredients, including cocoa butter (which has all the cocoa solids removed), sugar, milk and vanilla. Some cheap "white chocolate" products don't even use cocoa butter, they use hydrogenated vegetable oils instead
You might be able to find a sugar-free white chocolate flavoured syrup, such as DaVinci or Torani. Those are already sweetened with sucralose (splenda) and are zero carbs. A few stores may have these on the shelf, and also a number of Canadian online retailers carry as well.
