Default cherry tomatoes minus pulp..

I have a recipe for BACON & LETTUCE STUFFED TOMATOES which calls for 20 cherry tomatoes, but the pulp and seeds are scooped out.. 20 cherry tomatoes runs approx 12 effective carbs (15.78tc/3.74f).. but obviously this has less since there are no insides.. i simply dont know how to figure this out.. and the recipe looks pretty neat!

any input is appreciated..

(i do hope im posting these question in the right area.. i find you so helpful! If not, plmk)

Do you have a kitchen scale? If so, just weigh the tomatoes after gutting .. Use Fitday's entry for "Tomatoes, raw" .. the drop-down menu box includes an option for 1 oz, raw .. you can just enter how ever many oz. it is and voilą
