Default chicken skins on baked breasts

Can someone pls tell me if there are any carbs in the chicken skin. I
always bake my chicken breasts with the skins on because it keeps the
chicken moister and juicier. But I wondering if I could eat the delicious
skin without adding carbs.
Thanks in advance

No carbs in chicken period, just fat and protein. However, what you put on the chicken can add carbs such as coating or sauces. You can use Fitday to calculate your food eaten. Go to www.fitday.com

Enjoy!

Cool Eat the skins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely!!!

You need the fat contained in the skin, especially on Atkins. So season them the way you like them and go for it. And never, ever feel any guilt
