Default 2 great products (Mayo & Chinese Veggies)

I use two products that help keep me on track. Duke's Mayonnaise (0 carbs) and LaChoy Fancy Mixed Chinese Vegetables, in can (1g carb for 2/3 cup). I checked both on the hidden carb tool just to make sure.

With the Chinese Veggies a who can is 3g.carb, making stir fry easy again. I don't mind cooking just hate all the preparing. It has bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and red bell peppers. Saute chicken or beef in seseme oil add these and stir fry is done.

Thanks for the suggestions. You can also buy frozen chinese veggies ready to stir fry. They would probably have less sodium.
