hey everybody! I was just in a yahoo chatroom for weightloss and started getting into arguments with people about low-carbing. Some were saying that you don't get the nutrition needed by low-carbing and I think I convinced some people otherwise. I also told a lot of people about these forums (great advertising for you karen) and convinced some people to sign up here. It's nice to have a victory! I had an answer for all of their arguments! After a while the meanies stopped answering me cause they couldn't win the battle. A nice victory for low-carbing I think
