Question Skinny Cow Carb Chocolate/Peanut Butter Bars..

I am only on my 5th day of Induction and I have also have my children ages 5 & 8 on the Atkins program. Well I am not being as strict on them and I bought them some of those new Skinny Carb (made by those Skinny Cow guys most of us former WW'ers knew so well.) Well I broke down and had one...was that a bad? I am at 15 1/2 pounds of weight loss so far..I am in Moderate Ketosis. Should I stay away from these or what. I am sorry I am new and not really sure of my decisions yet. Thanks.

On induction it is really much better to get over those cravings by doing it clean with no sweets so you don't have problems breaking down and grabbing something sweet.

After that point though it's pretty much up to you and how your body reacts to them. Also are you willing to accept any concequences of eating them which may or may not include slower weight loss, increased cravings and so on?

Using LC products is a personal choice based on how your body reacts and how you react. If you can manage a clean induction with no sweets though, you may be amazed at how much cravings are reduced as well as how much more willpower you have.

I got a bix of those, a while back. I wasnt paying attention at the store and then when I got home I saw it had hydrogenated oils in them.

That was after I took a bite. It was a different flavor something vanilla with pecans even if it didnt have the trans fats I wouldnt have eaten it because I thought the taste was horrible but I would look carefully at the ingredients on your flavor to make sure there arent bad things in it.
