You shouldn't have any bars period in induction. The purpose of induction is to get rid of those sweet cravings. By having things to satisfy them such as bars, you only make them worse. 8 net carbs is also way to much for induction. Atkins only makes things 3 net carbs or less induciton ok.
If you do have the bars, make sure to have them as a rare treat as the bars, shakes, and SF candy can cause alot of people to stall. The best thing to do is stick to only foods on the acceptable foods list and after a while the cravings will stop, or at least lessen quite a bit.
