Default Journal and FitDay

Hi,
I don't have a lot of time to spend typing a journal and entering my food/activity details on FitDay.
I have chosen (so far) to only use FitDay and have not started a journal because it looks very time consuming and would mean that I would be doubling up on my food input record.
Is it ok to either cut and paste the FitDay info into a journal OR just put a link to my FitDay journal. (Which is better?)
That way I only need to enter my feelings, thoughts, progress, etc. in my journal.
Any advise would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
Simon.

Just put a link to your fitday journal in your signature and profile. I think mine should show up below.

And some people do what you suggested: paste the fitday results into their journals. That way, your food is right there if you ask someone to look at it for any reason.

A journal is also a place where people can come and visit you and leave messages. And you are welcome both to read and post in other people's journals.

Hi AnneteW and tofi,
Thank you both for your input.
I think I will go with the FitDay link in my signature and when necessary I will cut and paste.
Thanks.
Simon.

Smile Thanks, Annette

I'm trying to put the link to my fitday journal in my signature line also. I'm posting here to see if it works. Thanks for the suggestion.
