I don't think I can help you out, I usually just drink Perrier water with some lemon or lime. Trying to get in 3 liters of water/day means that drinks are the last thing on my mind. But I wanted to congratulate you on giving up artificial sweetener.
Although not totally SP-friendly, what about a virgin ceasar, made with clamato juice? I just remembered, I think that's a Canadian drink. Much better than yucky tomato juice. Vegetable juices would be ok, but you'd have to include them in your carb count.
I hope someone can give you some ideas.
