Cool newbie

just want to shout out a big hello to everyone-just started on this diet thing and doing fairly well with it. Started out at 190lbs and i've lost 7lbs so far. Big test will be this weekend when i go to a party that will serve my FAVORITE FOOD PIZZA!!. Again just wanted to say hello and wish me luck this weekend- Good luck to you all-and hope to stay in touch.

Yes- you can do it! Eat something before you go to the party so you won't have to look at the pizza and be hungry at the same time. Ask me how I know this!

Eat the cheese and meat, just be careful to notice when you are full and not over do it. Try not to have to much sauce. On a cautiary note I had topping from 3 slices meat lover w/no sauce. My tummy was in knots and I was in bathroom. Not sure if it was all that dairy at once or what. I'm more careful now
