Lindsey, I am not sure about the -6.84. But I can safely tell you that there are cabs in all cheeses. The only things w/o carbs are very lean cuts of meat and fats (butter, oil etc). Everything else will have carbs to some degree. Cheese is usually low per serving - especially if it is creamy. With labeling laws the way they are in the US, manufacturers can get away with listing 0 carbs on a product if a suggested serving has less than 1g of carbs. This could mean your serving has .1g or .9g or anywhere in between. The amount adds up when you have a number of 'suggested servings'.
