Getting out of ketosis to wean your daughter is a good idea for her health. Don't do it with junk food though. Not only is it poor for your health, but one of the reasons to breast feed (even when she is on solids or formula) is for her health as well.

Go on lifetime maintanance fro mAtkins. It will also be easier to go on induciton once your daughter is weaned and you are ready to lose weight faster. Keep the refined sugar and flour out. Instead have tons of fruit and veggies. Try to find high fiber and whole wheat grains instead of white bread and cakes. Eat nuts and legumes. While you want to up your carbs, doing it with high fat and sugar items can make you start putting on weight. You may find that eating healthy carbs and cutting back on junk food can make you lose weight without being in ketosis and without cutting back as extream as 20g a day. Read the maintance chapters of DANDR or see if you can get a copy of Atkins for Life at your local library.
