Default Doing well today....

I'M SO EXCITED! I came into the office today, and my boss had bought us all cheesecake, and I haven't touched it. =) I had some ham slices for breakfast, a string cheese and a chicken breast. Now I just have to make it until aroud 4 when I can go home and have my early dinner before I go to the Theatre tonight. I think i'm going to make some salmon.....BTW great easy salmon recipe:

Pour some olive oil in a frying pan and heat it up.
Dry rub one side of your salmon filet with salt and pepper, and a little dill if you like it.
Place the salmon salt and pepper side down in the oil and just let it sit there. When it's mostly cooked through, flip it for the last 10 or 15 seconds. You get this really great crispy top to your flaky fish, and it's hella fierce.

But yeah, I'm just proud of myself, because I haven't screwed up today like I did yesterday. Thanks so much for the support last night, if you all hadn't been so great, it may have been a donut morning, but I packed ham even though I woke up late because I knew that I could do it and I don't want to let you myself or any of you down.

Hi,
Congrats on your start. Waiting until 4pm to eat lunch is a long stretch. You might want to pack a snack to take to work with you. String cheese, celery sticks, beef jerkey, or a hard boiled egg pack easily for take alongs. You could also take one of the Atkins meal Bars. Good luck and thanks for the salmon recipe.
