Smile Cheated but not feeling guilty.

Yesterday I got up and weighed myself and was disgusted at the results. I has somehow gained 4lbs after following the plan to a tee. I decided that I would take a small break and treat myself to some goodies. I had Jello pudding, some hostess chocolate donuts, a nutty bar and some mac&cheese through the course of the day. After I ate the pudding and the donuts, I felt like I had just downed a huge expresso! I was speeding my butt off from that sugar rush! It took me hours to come down and I ended up having a couple of cold ones just to try and calm down. All the while I knew I was only taking a short break from the diet and I did not feel at all guilty about it. This morning I weighed myself and found that I had lost three lbs.

Well, part of the weight came off due to increased metabolism, the the rest is probably spead on the walls (scratched off while you were bouncing off the walls).

You'll be a fortunate one indeed if you can do this as a routine. Some have cravings activated either immediately or as a result in the coming days from the overboard consumption of sugars. You are probably in the camp of fortunates, since it appears you did not consume these things without brain engagement. You chose the precise level of carbing you consumed. Many others set out to have a couple cookies and recover their senses after consuming the box of 40.
