I have found that it is the MAGNESIUM that makes me VERY regular. I love it. I didn't realize it was the mag until i read somewhere else that it can cause diahrrhea. I take Magnesium Citrate, it also helps with muscle pains i get from fibromyalgia. I had used the psillium husks etc, but for the last 5 months, with the magnesium, i don't need anything. IT's great. I take 2 magnesium oxide / day one in am and one in pm. THey are 200 mg each. Good luck. THis seems to work no matter what my carb level or water intake.
