Question Flax seed oil & L-Carnitine do they really matter?

I am like many others trying to maximize my weightloss and promote better health by looking at supplements. I see that Flax see oil and L-Carnitine are mentioned in some threads. I know there are no magic pills, however, would I benefit from these supplements?

What are the benefits of these supplements and what amount are people consuming?

If you have any ideas or answers you can share that would be lovely!

regards,

You might want to search in the subforum of nutrition and suplements. There's more info there and lots of opinions of people using them.
Also take a look to suplementwatch.com
I'm on your same boat! Not sure about L-carnitine. It requires high dosis to be efficient and seems to be quite expensive.
