Quite a number of our US and Canadians members attend a programme called Curves. Up until now it seems to have been something that's only available on their side of the pond.

However, Curves (Fitness and Weight Loss Centres) now seems to have arrived here in the UK.

I was handed a leaflet about one in my area when I was out shopping this afternoon, and I'm going along on Wednesday to find out just what it's all about. I'm intrigued as they say you do the equivalent of a one and a half hour workout in just 30 minutes.

Anyway, thought I'd just flag this here in case anyone else is interested - and I would be interested to know if anyone has come across Curves in their area.
