I didn't use the ketostix for the first 2 months, then I had a major cheat WEEK and bought them just to find out how long it kicked me out of ketosis (3 days). I've heard you should do them first thing in the morning, too, because when you're drinking a lot of water it dilutes your P so the ketones aren't as concentrated. Try not to put too much stock in them, tho, and keep track of inches lost instead!
