Default Cupboard cleaning advice please

I've been cleaning out my fridge, freezer and cupboards of all those nasty carb things.

I have some things I'm not sure if I should pitch or keep.

Baking yeast - any need in LC cooking ?

Cocoa - no nutrition info on lable - good quality dark dutch

Condensed cream soups 8-9 carbs per serving

Lipton Soup works - cream variety - 8-9 carbs per serving

Oxo cubes

Knorr Garlic &parsley cubes - 1st ingredient potato starch but only 3g each and do add good flavor

Cordon Blue Chicken Sauce/Mushroom gravy 16g /can or 4g/serving.

Wild Rice - the good stuff

Graham cracker crumbs - probably a no brainer - out they go - but just in case?

Should I feel guilty for promoting bad eating habits by giving all my unwanted carbs to the food bank?

Thanks

Jen

Here are my humble opinions in CAPS below:

YES, GREAT FOR MAKING LOW CARB PANCAKES MORE FLUFFY
Cocoa - no nutrition info on lable - good quality dark dutch
TASTE IT, IF IT ISN'T SWEET KEEP IT - YOU CAN DRINK IT OR ADD IT TO CREAM - ALLOW ABOUT 2G PER SPOONFUL
Condensed cream soups 8-9 carbs per serving
KEEP IT GIVE IT TO GUESTS OR HAVE JUST OCCASIONALY
Lipton Soup works - cream variety - 8-9 carbs per serving
AS ABOVE
Oxo cubes
KEEP ONLY 2G OF CARBS EACH, DRINK OR ADD TO THINGS
Knorr Garlic &parsley cubes - 1st ingredient potato starch but only 3g each and do add good flavor
KEEP - BUT ALLOW FOR CARBS
Cordon Blue Chicken Sauce/Mushroom gravy 16g /can or 4g/serving.
KEEP IT
Wild Rice - the good stuff
KEEP FOR GUESTS OR VERY OCCASIONAL USE WHEN YOU ARE ON OWL
Graham cracker crumbs - probably a no brainer - out they go - but just in case?
THROW AWAY

Should I feel guilty for promoting bad eating habits by giving all my unwanted carbs to the food bank?
NO - MANY PEOPLE PROCESS CARBS JUST FINE.

I seem to have told you to keep everything. Oh well, I always was a hoarder by nature.

Looks like Robert fixed you up with good answers.

Dr Atkins specifically mentions wild rice as an add back -and portions are always small.

Cocoa has fiber as well as just 2 carb per tblspn -can be a wonderful thing over warmed cream cheese.

I cleaned out my pantry-threw away a case of slimfast that had an expiration date of 2000. Gave my acceptable food to the postoffice food drivethen realized I had given up my "shelter in place" stash. Now I have to find something that wont tempt me but will keep.
