Default Can someone, Anyone.....Please smack the snot out of me?!?!?!?!

Uggghhh I feel soooo stupid!

Well, today was my 6th day on induction. I've been doing great thus far.....Till today.

At work, it became a let's eat chinese day. Well, I'm a chinese freak but thought, I'll be strong!

I got Chicken on a stick and a small bit of broccoli from the Beef and Broccoli.

Ate the Chicken on a stick, and started eating the broccoli, and got soooooooo sick to my stomach! My guess is that there were a lot more carbs in the food than I had anticipated.

Well, last night, my ketostick was the darkest purple you can get. Tested just now, and it's the first shade of pink....very trace amounts.

Someone smack the snot out of me so I never do this again!

Will it be difficult to get back into ketosis after screwing up?

Dark or light on the sticks, it doesn't matter. Either you are in ketosis or you are not. A light reading usually means you are not as hydrated as you should be.

Sorry strick that, reverse it. A dark reading is what I meant to say. A dark reading means you are not as hydrated as you should be.
