Iwas going to wait and post my excitement when I got to my first goal but what the heck, i'm only one pound away. (soon to be 200 from 235). Started this WOE the beginning of March. Been walking, weight lifting and crunching religiously. Today it paid off. Today I walked into Dress Barn ( Women's size clothes to the right, Misses size to the left) I shopped and bought a top from the MIsses's side, no woman's size shirt for me! Then off to Foley's wear I bought a pair of size 16 white capri's and a bright floral size 14/16 shirt . I used to wear a 22/24 or 3X!!! I thought my goal would be to get to wear a size 14 but I now know see that if I make my goal weight down the road I will wear alot smaller clothes. How cool is that. 3 cheers to a new way of living and eating!!

Way to go! Keep it up and you will sure get to your goal in no time!

That's fantastic! I know how you feel 4 months ago I bought new jeans size 18, well they are too big now! Even some 16 are fitting funny.

I've gone down a size this month but I'm too broke to by new clothes! Glad you can enjoy this pleasure I'ts such a love-hate type of thing for me.
