Question Probably a dumb question?

Hey guys,I was wondering what a good percent of carbs,protein and fat were.This is mine for the day:

Calories Eaten Today
source grams cals %total
Total: 1867
Fat: 121 1088 60%
Sat: 45 408 22%
Poly: 12 108 6%
Mono: 40 358 20%
Carbs: 17 44 2%
Fiber: 6 0 0%
Protein: 171 685 38%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

Does this look good or should I change anything.Im very curious. I want to make sure Im doing everything right.I have been avoiding the scale so I dunno.My ketostix have stayed dark purple and I am drinking plenty of water.Well thanks in advance!!!

Looks pretty good to me! I shoot for 65-70% fat and no more than 5% carbs...whatever's left is protein.
