Default What book should I read first.

I know I say I'm on atkins plan, but really I've just been taking advice from people who have been on the diet.
Even though I have lost 40# in 3 months. I really don't have a clue of what I'm doing.
So I would like to know wich book do I get for the best information?
Thanks,
Paul

Paul, if you are doing Atkins then the first book you should have is the new version of Dr Atkin's new Diet Revolution - December 2001. I would then suggest you get a copy of Protein Power by the Eades. They do an excellent job of explaining why and how LC works to improve your overall heath and you blood lipids and pressure in particular. It's a great book that should be part of every LCers arsenal of information, IMHO.

In the interim you might want to have a look through our comparison plan forum - you can click on the link on the right called "Which LC plan is right for me?" Many of the plans are described and a sample menu is provided.

Happy Reading
Nat
