I had a very good day, i had two scrambled eggs with two pieces of bacon for breakfast. For lunch i grilled a couple chicken breast and cut one of them over a nice romaine salad and tossed with italian dressing. For super I warmed the other chicken breast and had with some sliced cucumbers/ tomatoes. For a snack tonight i cut up some cheese.

I hope im on the right track, i feel almost guilty having so much meat and the dressing really made me feel guilt!!

Spiice,
Sounds like you are doing great!
I'm so glad you enjoy this WOE so much, I do to . It is such a welcome change from low fat to be able to have real full fat cheese adn salad dressing and everything.
You should start an online journal where you can talk about the joys and challenges of LCing and what you eat, and people can stop in there and give you advice or just see how youre doing. It's easier than doing it in random threads. The top of the "Introductions" fourum tells how to start one.

Good luck!

Jamain
