Question Question about eggs

I am relatively new to Atkins (3 wks) and am wondering if I should be counting the 0.6 gram carbohydrates per egg toward my 20-gram daily maximum. The Atkins instructions are somewhat ambiguous, as they list eggs under "free foods", leading me to believe that this .6 gram need not be counted.

Thanks for your help!

Never hurts to count... sometimes the little things add up.

Yes, I would, especially if you eat a considerable amount of them. There are days when I eat 4-5 eggs and I count 1/2 gram of carbs for each.

I feel just a bit stupid, semi-computer illiterate, and not sure of how to ask a question. I can reply...how do I ask my OWN questions that I am seeking answers to??

Default Eggs count

I count the carbs in everything because it makes it easier to know exactly how many you are eating in a day. These incremental carbs can make the difference between stalling for a while (and losing your motivation) or figuring out exactly what your critical carb limit for losing or maintaining your weight is.
