Headline in my local paper the Press and Journal today. They are both American studies. The trialists on the low carb diet lost more body fat and their good choleserol went up higher than those on the low fat diet. Their only concern would be the long term safety effect and that more research needs to be done on this side of things.

Maybe now more people in the medical profession and elsewhere will acknowledge the benefits of this wol and we might get a better press and more choice on the shop shelves.
