Default I broke out with some acne...

I broke out with some acne on my chest, upper back, one spot on lower left lumbar region...

It looks like acne from steroids... but there just one thing... I dont use steroids...

I also read DANDR about food allergies, and I dont know if this may be one of them or not...

any advice is appreciated,
korry

I just read the "itchy dermatitis" thread. No, that describes (I saw a picture) more of a rash. I got acne on my chest mostly. I think it all of a sudden appeared the day after I went jogging but didnt carry anyway water with me... (at 2pm ~ 90 degrees F) So, It may have been a dehydration complication... Drinking more water now... see if that helps...

Thanks
Korry

I actually pick some cortisone-10 (1% hydrocortisone.)

I seems to be effective in reducing the itchiness (anti-inflammatory) so, at least I have some itchiness relief. I asked some people around here about it and they said it sounds like a heat rash, and told me to drink more water.

Water it is... I will try to drink 128 oz...

thanks

Default Oily skin

Hi--my skin seems to be oilier than it was. I did just get off the Pill and that might have something to do with it, but maybe it's the food.

I think I finally figured out what it is:

Either: Acne (Good Ole Acne!)

OR:

Pityriasis Rosea
http://www.pathguy.com/pit_ros.htm

Or:

Shingles... (I doubt it)

I think most like its Pityriasis Rosea, but It seems to be "less itchy" while I am outside...

Later

Default See why it is important to talk to a health professional!

Talked to a pharmacist...

said if MY rash started from the chest all of a sudden and migrating toward neck and other areas, it is most likely a food allergy...

Discontinue Allergic food, and take benadryl to keep the flare ups at bay...

Glad it wasnt the previous Three

Say bye-bye to red peppers!

After 2 weeks of low-carbing I was diagnosed with shingles. The doc said it was probably due to the physiological stress my body was under. No one warned me about that!

Anyone else experience this problem?
