Question Top ten fattest cities & Subway commercials

I was just curious if anyone from the "newly" ranked top ten fattest cities had noticed ads on radio stations placed by Subway. On the radio stations that I listen to on my hour or so drive to school, I have heard these commercials, and wasn't sure if it was because Houston is the fattest city in the US (according to Menshealth Magazine) or if all the top ten cities were included in this new marketing scheme.

Default It's everywhere...

Orange County is probably considered one of the healthiest places in America (though it doesn't usually get it's own ranking apart from LA for such things) and we've been getting plenty of the commercials. It's just a "time of year" kind of things...the "stop smoking" products have also been all over radio and TV.

As far as Subway goes...while their "Low Fat" sandwiches do nothing for the LCers out there...I'd like to point out that they are a good LC choice...they have a salad option where they take the filling from any of their sandwich options and dump it over lettuce...It's not a great a value and, in my mind, Subway products never taste all that fresh...but Subway is EVERYWHERE, so it's always an option you can make work...

I personally don't want or like subway....

I guess what I was trying to say was that the new ads in Houston are telling Houstonians to lose weight with subway, so that Houston will not be on the fattest city list next year... I am not always good with expressing myself in writing... probably why I usually lurk
