Default have I blown things!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I have been very good for last 4 weeks but tonight we had an Indian take-away. No problem there as I have had them before and know what I can have safely to stay in ketosis. But tonight I ate 1.5 popodoms. Anyone any idea how bad they are?

Would be really grateful if anyone has any suggestions so I can have some idea of the damage done

Thanks in advance everyone

Jacqui,

I did see something on the forum about poppadoms, but can't remember where. Did you just have the poppadoms or did you have the pickles too. I don't think there will be too many in the poppadoms themselves. That would change though, if you had the mango chutney with them .

I'll see igf I can find the post and I'll let you know.

This is sounding good to me. I put the sauces straight in the bin so was very good in that department. I am keeping everything crossed and will have a look to see if I can find post on forum.

You lot are great, thanks for support

Hi Jaqui

Not sure about the poppadoms, probably not that bad. Glad to hear you had them without accompanyments. Anyway, don't beat yourself up about it. Tomorrow is another day. Keep focussed on the new you that is emerging.
