Yes, a lot of your loss will be water ... but some of it will be fat too! Your weight loss figures are very good... it will slow down soon but less of it will be water then.
Low carb diets are diuretic so you lose water. This is why you need to drink at least 8 x 8oz glasses of water a day. The other reason is to flush out the part burned fat from your system - so keep the water intake up.
