Hi!

Dr. Atkins discourages the use of Aspartame (found in both Diet Pepsi and sugar-free Jello), but some people use them anyway. They are both a YMMV (your mileage may vary) thing. Some people find that they cause them to stall, others can lose just fine while eating/drinking products with Aspartame in them. I prefer to avoid it, not because of stalls but because Aspartame seems to make my blood sugar bounce around a lot. I'm also not too sure that it's the healthiest thing to be putting in your body and neither is Dr. Atkins which is why he discourages consuming products with Aspartame in them.
Jolly Rancher does make a sugar-free Jello that is sweetened with Splenda (Sucralose) instead of Aspartame. You may want to check if it's available in your area. Diet Rite also makes diet soda that is sweetened with Splenda and it comes in several flavors.
